About Us

Mana in Hawaiian describes “spiritual healing” and Bella in Italian means “beautiful.” The combination of these words perfectly expresses my passion for helping clients look and feel their best.

With Much Love and Aloha,

MEET TRACY

With more than twenty-five years of industry experience, Tracy has served as a global consultant — partnering with high-end clients to lead day-to-day operations and to provide streamlined beauty services and training programs dedicated to fostering the careers of hundreds of up-and-coming Estheticians.

In 1992, Abella was recruited by the Grand Wailea Resort and Spa in picturesque Maui, Hawaii, where she served as an Executive Assistant and was  quickly promoted into an Esthetician role. Several years later, Tracy accepted a promotion and went abroad to serve as the Spa Manager for The Regent Hotel in Hong Kong. There she honed her skills as an Esthetician and returned to Kailua-Kona, Hawaii, where she worked in concierge services with The Four Seasons and as the Lead Esthetician in Maui, at The Ritz Carlton Kapalua. Before branching out on her own, Abella returned to her native home of San Diego, California, where she worked for eight-years at the Hilton Bayfront Hotel’s Spa Aquazul, as an Esthetician.

Throughout her career, Tracy has been instrumental in leaving her mark on the skincare industry. Working as an Esthetician and closely with the Spa Director at Grand Wailea Resort and Spa, Spa Grande was voted one of the top ten spas in the U.S. by Condé Nast’s Travel and Leisure Magazine.

A consummate professional, and believer in the natural healing properties of the “Aloha Spirit,” Tracy prides herself in creating a luxurious and pampered experience. With a deep understanding of such treatments like glycolic, lactic and enzyme peels, European facials and various epilation techniques, she ensures that her clients bask in the tranquility of the tropics with every spa treatment.

Today,  Tracy continues to serve as a consultant, where she utilizes her expertise to train future Estheticians. In her spare time, she enjoys walking along the beach, exercising, traveling and learning more about natural therapies.
